Hello

I'm Karen Dwyer, and welcome to DwyerLaw.

I've been advising on property and construction for over 20 years, on everything from development, infrastructure, construction, financing, leasing, subdividing ... and, of course, buying and selling property.  I've helped people doing everything from small residential transactions through to multi-billion-dollar global projects.

Simply, I love property and construction.  My goal now is to build a new legal experience -- one that is both down-to-earth and approachable, yet still gives you all the information you need to protect yourself.

I hope you'll have a great experience with us.

About us

We are DwyerLaw, a law firm specialising in property and construction.

We're small but not lightweight.

We know you want the best advice. We're from top law firms, with both New Zealand and overseas experience.  We have dealt with industry participants and projects of all shapes and sizes, from small claims on residential housing through to international projects worth billions.

We practice law in a way that suits our clients -- but, most importantly, we know the answers.  We know property and construction inside-out and, because of this, our clients don't waste time and money explaining to us how their projects work, and what the issues are.
